As a small organisation, Fingal S.P.C.A does not possess the necessary funds to run an actual shelter or sanctuary.  All of the animals that we rescue are cared for in the homes of our fostering volunteers or in catteries/kennels until they are adopted.

Before adoption a home check is always required to ensure all animals are well matched with their new families. Advice and support can also be given. Please consult our Adoption Guide to ensure you are ready to welcome your new furry companion in your home.

Please note that an adoption fee/donation of €40.00 is requested for a kitten and €60.00 for a neutered/spayed adult cat to help offset part of the costs incurred to rescue, feed and provide the cat with necessary medical care.

Skye

This is Skye, ready for adoption. She is about 18 months old, neutered and healthy. She’s very affectionate and likes to sit beside you and be petted and loves being brushed. Skye loves playing and enjoys her toys. She likes to sleep on your bed if she’s allowed. She is suitable for an indoor home once she has her toys and someone to give her attention. Arthur and Astra

Arthur and Astra are two young cats. They are neutered, dewormed, etc. They are a bonded pair that have two different personalities yet complementary. They pur synchronized! Arthur has a white nose, is more outgoing but shy the first days. He likes to eat two portions instead of one. He loves toys, enjoying the sun in the balcony and sleeping on my bed. Astra has a black nose, is more timid and difficult to catch / carry. However once he gets used to you, he will let you pet him on the bed and will pur. He is beautiful and needs time to bloom. They are lovely cats that must stay together ⭐️
